How to Use

  1. Enter the number of PCR reactions you want to prepare
  2. Set the pipetting error buffer (default 10% is recommended for manual pipetting)
  3. Adjust the volumes per reaction if your protocol differs from the defaults
  4. Click "Calculate Mastermix" to get the total volumes
  5. Prepare the mastermix according to the calculated volumes
  6. Aliquot the mastermix into reaction tubes and add template DNA separately
